Where do you deliver?

We provide free delivery within a 20-mile radius of our yard in Frant, Tunbridge Wells, covering the Weald of Kent and East Sussex.

Is your firewood "Ready to Burn"?

Yes. Our logs are barn-stored and seasoned for at least 12 months to reach a moisture content of 20% or less.

What types of wood do you supply?

We supply British Hardwoods, including a mix of Ash, Beech, Oak, and Cherry for optimal heat output.

What is the difference between a Bulk Bag and a Barrow Bag?

Bulk Bags are for larger storage areas, while Barrow Bags are slimmer and designed to fit through narrow gates and side passages.

What size are the logs?

Our logs are cut to an average of 20cm (8 inches), fitting most standard stoves and fireplaces.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No. If you provide clear instructions on where to leave the logs, we can complete the delivery while you are out.

How should I store my logs?

Store them in a dry, ventilated area, ideally a log store. Ensure they are protected from direct rain while allowing air to circulate.

Can I buy kindling and firelighters too?

Do you sell smokeless coal?
